Cannondale has been working with the pro peloton for over 20 years, tweaking tubes and experimenting with materials to meet the most discerning demands. We've never submitted to fashion over performance unless it was tested and approved by our pro riders.

2008 marks the year that we've developed a full-carbon solution to rival their Cannondale aluminum addiction. High modulus, unidirectional, tip to tail for performance that's already pro-tour, podium proven. The full monocoque front triangle is co-molded to the rear triangle by using our one-step Clean Molding process in Bedford, PA.

  • ONE PIECE BB/CHAIN STAY FOR MAXIMUM POWER TRANSFER
    • Provides explosive power transfer and unparalleled pedaling efficiency. The BB30 shell is dramatically oversized and blends into optimized asymmetrical chain stays. It also accepts a newly designed Si BB30 Hollowgram SL crankset.
    SUPERSIX FORK
    • The full-carbon SuperSix fork is carbon fiber down to dropouts. It tapers from 1.8" to 1.5" at the crown. This reduces weight and boosts front end stiffness for superior handling. System Integration!
    TAPERED HEAD TUBE
    • The head tube of the SuperSix is tapered to accept the shape of the tapered steerer which measures 1 1/8" at the headset and 1.5" at the fork crown. The result is superior handling and steering precision.
    CARBON SEAT STAYS
    • The carbon seat stays of the SuperSix are shaped and optimized to provide integrated vibration absorption without sacrificing efficiency. After six hours at race pace - every little bit counts.
    BB30 WITH Si HOLLOWGRAM CRANKSET
    • The SuperSix is BB30 equipped to accept the new Hollowgram SL Crankset. At 580 grams, it's the lightest and stiffest production crankset on the planet!
