Cost- Nov 1st – Nov 15th $100, Nov 16th – Nov 30th $125 (If you know you will not be able to attend a certain number of classes, those classes will be deducted from the class price.)

About the Class- The class consists of 10 spin classes designed to increase endurance, power, climbing skills, core strength, pedal efficiency, time trialing, and sprinting for beginner and advanced riders.

What to Bring- Please bring your bike, bike trainer, riding gear, shoes, towel, and water. (If you do not have a trainer Big Ring can provide the trainer.)

Raffle Program- Every third class there will be a raffle for services and products in values over $500!  Must be present to win.  The more you attend the better chance you have to win!  Plus 20% off all in stock trainers!
